Sander Struyk has been appointed Director of Fortis SAMS, the Performance Measurement Company of Fortis Bank Information Banking, starting 1 April. Struyk has been responsible for the Relationship Management Department for six years. Prior to that, he worked in commercial functions within the asset management business of Fortis.
According to Clayton Heijman, Chief Commercial Officer of Fortis Bank Information Banking, Struyk’s knowledge of the investment management business will be of great importance in strengthening Fortis’s performance measurement proposition in the marketplace. Struyk has been succeeded by Reinier van Dam, who has become Director Relationship Management of Global Investor Services within Fortis Bank Information Banking.
Van Dam has been working in the investment sector for approximately ten years, of which the last five years within Fortis Bank. In his most recent position, he headed the investment teams of the Retail Bank.
