Paul Saltzman will be leaving The Bond Market Association to join eSpeed as Chief Operating Officer, the BMA said this week.

“Paul Saltzman has served The Bond Market Association with vigor and distinction for almost ten years helping us serve our members in increasing numbers of ways, most recently by spearheading our drive to establish the ‘Guiding Principles to Promote the Integrity of Fixed Income Research,'” said Micah Green, president of the BMA.

Under Paul’s leadership as EVP and General Counsel, the Association has broadened across asset classes and across the globe,” Green said. “It’s been my great pleasure to work closely with Paul in making this Association an effective voice for all of the fixed income markets. Everyone at the Association, both members and staff, wish him all the best in his new position at eSpeed.”

The Bond Market Association, with offices in New York, Washington, D.C. and Europe (London), represents securities firms and banks that underwrite, trade and sell debt securities and other financial products globally.
