Rosaline Chow Koo has been named to the newly-created role of Asia Business Leader of Mercer HR Services, the outsourcing unit of Mercer Human Resource Consulting.

As part of this expansion, Gary Tok will transfer from Australia to Hong Kong to become the Greater China Mercer HR Services business leader and to assist with business planning for Asia.
