In the new role Richard H.Vitale will be responsible for providing comprehensive integrated financial applications and industry expertise to not-for-profit healthcare companies, private educational institutions, and other not-for-profit organizations in North and Central Texas. Vitale and his team manage many of the largest not-for-profit relationships in this region.

Vitale joined a Bank of America predecessor company in 1994, and has been in commercial banking for his entire banking career. He has actively volunteered with many organizations. Richard currently serves as a Board Member and Executive Committee Member for the March of Dimes, Dallas Division and many other organisations.
