Richard Street Appointed Head of EMEA Client Sales Management at Citi

Street will relocate from Dubai to London and will fill role left vacant by the departure of Jose-Benjamin Longree, who left the bank in January.

Citi has named Richard Street as EMEA head of Client Sales Management for Investors, effective immediately.

Street is currently the securities services provider’s head of Securities and Fund Services across the Middle East and Pakistan. In addition to his current role, which he has filled since September 2007, Street has brought significant sales experience to previous roles in the EMEA securities industry.

Street will relocate from Dubai to London and will fill role left vacant by the departure of Jose-Benjamin Longree, the Luxembourg-based head of client sales management, EMEA, in the Securities and Fund Services division at Citi, who left the bank in January.

Street will be responsible for Citi’s Investor Client Sales Management teams across EMEA and will work to develop the EMEA Investor franchise and further build enduring relationships with investor clients. Street will report to Tom Isaac, global head of Client Sales Management for Financial Intermediaries and Richard Ernesti, global head of Investor Client Sales Management.
