Richard Fleischman & Associates (RFA), an advisor to more than 400 hedge funds and private equity firms, has completed its expanded corporate headquarters and new Client Service Center located on 330 Madison Avenue in New York City.
The expansion doubles RFA’s current capacity and accommodates the firm’s internal growth prompted by increased demand for RFA’s premier technology and communications solutions by hedge fund and investment firm clients.
RFA partnered with MDA Contracting Inc., a mid-sized New York City-based general contactor/construction manager and BR Design, a commercial architectural and interior design firm also located in New York City, to execute their vision for the office expansion.
RFA leased an additional 8300 sq. feet of space on the nineteenth floor of their current building that was used to create the new perimeter and interior offices, public corridors, circulation space and the Client Service Center.
Much like RFA’s clients where time is critical to the success of their business, RFA’s contractors worked tirelessly to make the new offices a reality. The expansion of its corporate headquarters was completed with no down time and was constructed while business was being conducted on the adjacent side of the floor.
“As our client base continues to grow, it is important that we continue to expand our infrastructure backed by a high level of client service – to support increased demand for our IT solutions. Responsiveness to our client’s ongoing needs is our most important priority and this new build out reaffirms our commitment to serve the hedge fund community,” says Richard Fleischman, president, RFA.
