Rhyme Systems, a provider of asset management solutions, has won the award for “superior customer service” at the Systems in the City awards evening, held at The House of Lords last week in front of more than 200 investment banks, fund managers and stockbrokers.

The award for customer services recognizes the initiatives implemented by Rhyme Systems a number of years ago to move away from the traditional software company model and adopt a partnership approach to existing clients and prospects. This model is based on a consultancy philosophy, working with institutions to deliver innovation and unique solutions to complex business issues.

“We are delighted to win this prestigious award,” said Bob Whigham, director of Rhyme Systems. “Our thanks to both the clients who nominated us and our team here at Rhyme Systems, who work together and share the same approach to delivering consultancy and superior services for clients. For a number of years, our philosophy at Rhyme has been to focus on innovation, understanding our client’s business and working as consultants, rather than traditional software and systems providers. We feel this award recognizes the success of this approach.”

The prestigious Securities Industry Awards began in 1999 and is now recognized as London’s main event highlighting the leading companies and individuals who provide services to the securities industry.
