BNP Paribas today announced Euros 4,513 million in net banking income, Euros 1,656 million in gross operating income. Net banking income (EUR 4,513 million) and gross operating income (1,656 million) were close to their level in the first quarter of 2002, but at Euros 962 million, net income was down 5.6 per cent.
