Reval, a global provider of financial risk management applications and services, has elected Brad Waugh to its board of directors.

Waugh is the president and CEO of Wincor Nixdorf USA, a supplier of IT applications to the retail and banking industries with operations in over 90 countries.

Waugh is responsible for the performance of Wincor-Nixdorf’s US operations in retail, banking and services, including marketing and sales. He works closely with Wincor-Nixdorf GMbh to execute its business development strategy and company plans to drive the focused expansion of the North American IT services infrastructure.

Before Wincor-Nixdorf, Waugh previously served as founder, president and CEO of Watch Hill Partners, a venture-backed customer relationship management consulting firm that specialised in the optimization and mobilization of sales force and service-level automation of financial services companies.

Prior to his executive roles at Watch Hill Partners and Mastercard Advisors, Waugh was executive vice president of Covansys, Inc.

Waugh received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Boston University where he was also on the board of directors for the school of management. In 2004 he won the Technology Award for Entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Forum of New England (EFNE).

Waugh currently serves on the board of directors of Point Judith Capital, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and Antenna Software.
