Reval has appointed Steve Rosenberg, senior vice president of Phase Forward, to its board of directors.
At Phase Forward, Rosenberg oversees product development, product management, the North American services organization and the company’s worldwide production hosting operation.

Rosenberg has over 27 years experience in the software industry. Prior to Phase Forward, Rosenberg served as the senior vice president of Development and Client Services at W3 Health, where he led the development and implementation of the company’s flagship healthcare analytics ASP environment, and participated in venture capital activities and sales campaigns.
Rosenberg’s extensive career has also included prior leadership roles at McKessonHBOC, Sales Technologies and TRINZIC.
In addition to his professional work, Rosenberg currently serves as chairman of the board of trustees for St. Ann’s Home, a school and residential facility for disturbed and abused children.
