ADP Brokerage Services Group (ADP), and Reuters have signed a joint development and co-marketing agreement to offer integrated desktop products to independent financial advisors (IFAs). The idea is to integrate the ADP ProVisor application (which offers IFAs real-time access to account-level and tax information as well as online order entry) with the market data, news and research of Reuters Plus on a single workstation. “We are delighted to announce this partnership with Reuters and are very impressed with the Reuters Plus product suite,” says Marianne Brown, Senior Vice President and General Manager, ADP Brokerage Processing Services. “As ADP’s clients embrace Wealth Management, we believe this integrated workstation becomes a core element for producer productivity and asset gathering.”

ProVisor is ADP’s browser-based desktop application that offers IFAs portfolio information, including real-time tax lot updates and contact management capabilities, coupled with automated order entry and real-time market data. ProVisor can be integrated with the ADP BPS securities processing engine to streamline a firm’s back office operations.

Reuters Plus is Reuter’s desktop solution for wealth managers. Designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IFAs, Reuters Plus offers a combination of real-time, historical and key fundamental data which can be personalized for quick access to relevant information. Market data, news, research and a variety of third- party services can be easily integrated with back-office, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), financial planning as well as internal data and applications.
