SEB Securities Services, headed by Mikael Bjrknert, has divided itself into two main business areas: Custody Services and Fund Services.

Gran Fors is now responsible for Custody Services, while Mikael Bjrknert will be heading the Fund Services area. Fors has for the last three years been responsible for SEB’s sub-custody business and will now also assume responsibility for the Global Custody Business.

SEB Securities Services is present in Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Luxembourg, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Custody Services will consist of two distinct business areas – Global Custody and Sub-Custody – and have separate support organizations that will continue to support clients.
