REIData Inc. has launched PropertyInfo.com, a single point of access to both owned and third-party real estate information and integrated tools critical to real estate transaction processes.

PropertyInfo.com brings together the inclusive information and integrated tools for real estate and title professionals: public records, aerial imagery, maps, search and extraction tools, editable reports and documents, and integrated processing applications.

“Up to now, real estate professionals had to go to several locations for the electronic information and applications they needed,” said Don O’Neill, chairman of REIData. “With our newly announced portal, users will have access to parcel level and spatial data and images from one Web site.

“SearchManager is an interactive application that title agents and examiners can use to search their own data, and integrate that with public and third party data to build title reports and commitments,” said Robert Alcala, senior vice president, market management, REIData. “At the same time, they can support other needs of the title operation such as customer service and marketing.”

Real estate and title professionals who are registered with PropertyInfo.com have access to online title searches and analyses, mapping technology, property analysis tools, tax records, document images, GIS imagery, title plant search capabilities, flood determinations, UCC search and file, and MLS services. Depending on the product or service, geographic coverage is national, regional and local in scope.

“With PropertyProfiles for instance, real estate professionals can create reports on properties in many of the major population centers nationwide,” said Brian Davenport, senior vice president and chief information officer for Stewart Real Estate Information. “All of our products and services are on a timeline for increasing coverage. But at this point, what really sets PropertyInfo apart is access to so many different types of owned and third-party information and tools from a single Web portal.”
