In its new report “Indian Banking and Securities Market: A Policy Statement (2005-2006),” Research and Markets says in 2004-2005 India performed “remarkably well” with a 6.9% increase in real GDP.
The report also the highlights identification of monetary trends and developments in the Indian economy, the Currency-Deposit ratio and Reserve-Deposit ratio, the assessment of the monetary and credit policy of the government of India, and the interpretation of the impacts of the banking policy on the finance market.
