BMO Capital Markets has hired a former head of securities lending at RBC Investor and Treausry Services (RBC I&TS) as a director within its global equity finance business.

Mary Jane Schuessler joins the Canadian broker where she will be focused on covering, utilising and optimising its prime brokerage positions.

Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Schuessler was the head of North America securities lending at RBC I&TS, where she managed the global front-office team that worked on optimising lending revenue on behalf of the bank’s custodial clients.
