RBC Investor and Treasury Services (RBC I&TS) has appointed Aneet Shah from JP Morgan as head of global client experience.

He will be responsible for enhancing client experiences for RBC’s custody and securities services business, with a focus on enhancing product and technology developments for its clients.

Shah joins the Canadian bank from JP Morgan where he spent 11 years in senior product management roles within securities services, including global head of investment operations, middle office outsourcing and data strategy product development for custody and fund services.

Based in London, he will report to Paul Stillabower, global head of product management.

The hire of Shah from JP Morgan follows the appointment of Francis Jackson in 2015, when he joined from the US bank as global head of client coverage for asset managers, pensions and sovereign wealth.

Most recently, RBC I&TS named Wendy Phillis as managing director for governance and regulatory solutions for Europe and Asia-Pacific.
