RBC Global Services has launched a new Canadian corporate actions service. From 2 February, a weekly Corporate Actions Summary Report will be available to clients via fax or e-mail, listing actions affecting assets held. It will include the security description, CUSIP number, corporate changes announcement (CCA) reference number, whether the event is mandatory or voluntary, the type of CCA, the SWIFT identifier, a CCA type description, the effective date, and the currency.
