Toronto offices of RBC Dexia Investor Services will begin relocating to RBC Centre in downtown Toronto at the end of June. The move consolidates five existing offices into a single location.
To ensure seamless and uninterrupted service throughout the process, the move will occur over a three-month period. The first phase, effective Monday, June 29, 2009, includes the relocation of our securities cage operations to RBC Centre.
As a result, effective June 29, 2009, please deliver all physical securities to:

Until further notice, the addresses for all other Canada Post and courier deliveries to RBC Dexia’s Toronto offices remain unchanged. The next and final address change will occur in mid-August.
The email addresses were simplified according to the following convention: firstname.lastname@rbcdexia.com. Existing email addresses will continue to function indefinitely. For added convenience, all telephone numbers are unchanged.
