RBC Dexia has appointed Tracey Doyle de Sousa as Senior Manager of Client Service for Canadian Custody & Clearance, further strengthening their commitment to support their clients’ business needs and provide an enhanced client experience.
Doyle de Sousa has close to 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her most recent role was Director, Client Service with RBC Dexia Investor Services in Australia, where she was also a member of the operating committee.
During her time in Australia, Doyle de Sousa was instrumental in implementing client service best practices and developing a client service proposition that was customised to suit the needs of RBC Dexia’s diverse Australian client base.
“We are very excited to have Tracey rejoin the RBC Dexia team in Toronto,” says a spokesman for RBC Dexia. “Prior to her appointment in Australia she was part of our Relationship Management team, where she worked closely with global custodian and broker/dealer clients.”
