RBC Dexia Investor Services has appointed of Frank Van Hoornweder as Chief Risk Officer. Based in Luxembourg, Van Hoornweder will assume responsibility for RBC Dexias enterprise-wide risk management strategy.
Van Hoornweder joins RBC Dexia from Adinfo SA in Belgium, where he served as CEO and General Manager. Prior to joining Adinfo SA in 2005, he held a number of management positions with Dexia Bank, where he led teams in both IT and financial markets management.
