Interactive Data Corporation, a provider of financial market data, analytics and related services, continues succession process selecting Raymond L. DArcy to replace Stuart J. Clark in the role of CEO.
In May 2008 Stuart J. Clark informed the Board of his intention to retire in 2009. DArcy has proved to be skilled expertise due to his instrumental role in refining and building the Interactive Data brand across the Companys Institutional Services segment. In his most recent role as president of Interactive Datas sales and marketing organization, DArcy has led the unification of Interactive Datas two largest institutional sales, account management and client service organizations.
Stuart J. Clark will help DArcy to master the peculiarities of new position.

I have known Ray for more than 20 years, and greatly admire his leadership and management skills, says Stuart J. Clark, president and CEO, Interactive Data. Since then, he has led the market-facing side of our institutional business through 12 consecutive years of growth.
