Radianz says that i-Deal, a software company that aims to automate the capital-raising process for the global equity, fixed income, and municipal markets, has become a client.

As a result of the agreement, i-Deal will use Radianz’s shared infrastructure platform to deliver its workflow solutions to capital markets professionals, which include the top investment banking firms. i-Deal’s suite of software products services all participants in the new issue markets, from broker-dealers to issuers to investors. i-Deal consolidates information from multiple sources onto a single platform, streamlining users’ workflow and increasing the efficiency of the capital-raising process.
