QFII Details And Documentation Due On December 1

The Chinese authorities have confirmed they will issue a General Guideline for the recently announced Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) scheme – including details of how to apply for a QFII license and QFII custodian bank license – on December 1. The General Guideline will include details of the minimum and maximum Investment Quota a QFII can apply for, and will also include the documentation required for QFII license and QFII custodian bank license.
