Progress Software Corporation, a provider of application infrastructure software used to develop, deploy, integrate and manage business applications, announced that the Progress Actional product family has been positioned in the leaders quadrant of the March 2009 Gartner “Magic Quadrant for Integrated SOA Governance Technology Sets ‘.
According to this Gartner Magic Quadrant report published on 31 March, 2009, and authored by L. Frank Kenney and Darryl C. Plummer: “SOA governance is about ensuring and validating that assets and artifacts within the architecture are operating as expected and maintaining a certain level of quality.”
