Pomona Capital, a global private equity firm, has announced the final close of its sixth secondary interest private equity fund, Pomona Capital VI, L.P. and an affiliated fund (PC VI), with $821 million.
Pomona Capital VI will purchase interests in high-quality buyout and venture capital funds and direct secondary portfolios from limited partners who desire liquidity prior to the term of the partnership.
