PNC Financial Services Group Inc. has elected Stephen Wynne as chief executive of PFPC, PNC’s global investment services division.
Wynne has served as president of PFPC since 2005. As CEO he will oversee information and transaction-based services for international clients.
Timothy Shack will remain chairman of PFPC and PNC chief information officer.
Shares of PNC rose 15 cents to $60.75 in morning trading
