The PNC Financial Services Group’s board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 50 cents per share on the common stock. The dividend is payable April 24, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business April 14, 2005.
The board also declared a quarterly cash dividend on the following preferred stocks:
Series A and B: a dividend of 45 cents per share will be payable June 10, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business May 18, 2005.
Series C: a dividend of 40 cents per share will be payable July 1, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 3, 2005.
Series D: a dividend of 45 cents per share will be payable July 1, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 3, 2005.
