PFPC Sends Boyes To Luxembourg To Spearhead Continental Sales Drive

PFPC, the PNC Financial fund administration subsidiary which is expanding from its Dublin base into Continental Europe , announced today that Dublin business development executive Jason P. Boyes is being moved to PFPC Luxembourg to head up the expansion drive in France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

PFPC, which claims to be the largest full-service mutual fund transfer agent and second largest provider of mutual fund accounting services in the United States, has operated in Dublin since 1993. Its says PFPC International Ltd., which now has operations in Luxembourg as well as Dublin, is now the sixth largest full-service accounting provider to non-U.S. funds. It provides accounting and administration services to 160 portfolios with more than $27.5 billion in assets and provides transfer agency and shareholder services to more than 200 portfolios with more than 90,000 shareholders.

Boyes brings to PFPC over 10 years of experience in transfer agency operations and product development for global funds. Prior to PFPC, he served at the Bank of New York Luxembourg, formerly Mercury Asset Management & RBS Trust Bank.
