Financial Objects has appointed Peter Watts as global sales director. Based in Financial Objects’s London headquarters, Watts will head up international sales and commercial activities for the company’s activebank product. Watts joins Financial Objects from ABS, an international provider of banking software and services, where he was commercial director.

Before ABS, Watts spent four years as sales director at solutions provider Tantus. Prior to working at Tantus, he held business development positions at Inter$link, BT Syntegra and C-ATS Software.

“Peter has an impressive track record in developing international sales, thanks to his deep understanding of technology, his familiarity with global markets, and his ability to motivate and inspire the teams he works with,” says Roger Foster, CEO, Financial Objects. “Since joining Financial Objects, he has already proved himself to be a valuable addition to the Financial Objects management team.
