Omnium LLC, a global provider of administration and middle-office services for hedge funds and financial institutions, announced today the appointment of Peter Sanchez as Global Head of Business Development and Client Service. With more than 20 years of industry experience building and managing client-focused businesses, Mr. Sanchez will drive the expansion of Omnium’s global franchise, working with new and existing clients to help them fully leverage Omnium’s best-in-class operational and technology platform. Mr. Sanchez will be based in New York.

Previously, Mr. Sanchez was CEO of OpHedge Investment Services. Prior to joining OpHedge in 2008, he was the Global Head of Operations and Prime Brokerage for Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets. He was also Global Head of Operations at Greenwich NatWest and held positions in operations management at Salomon Brothers.
