TEMENOS Group has announced the appointment of Peter McKenna as marketing director. Reporting to Andreas Andreades, the CEO of TEMENOS, McKenna will be responsible for TEMENOS’s global marketing strategy and operations.
TEMENOS has also appointed Mark Cullinane as chief operating officer, Mark Gunning as group strategy director and Greg Green as managing director of TEMENOS COREBANKING.
“Over the past few years, I’ve observed TEMENOS consistently secure a high share of the market with its advanced products and establish itself as a global brand,” says McKenna. “The core banking market has now reached a crucial turning point and I look forward to playing a pivotal role in leveraging TEMENOS’ strong position to further grow the business and address the needs of each market segment.”
He has previously worked for Reuters in sales, business administration and product management, been an e-business director at QSP Financial Information Systems and head of investor services and transactions at Interactive Investor International. He also held the position of marketing director at Misys Asset Management Systems and was most recently marketing and then sales director at Gissing Software.
