Penson Worldwide, the correspondent clearing firm headquartered in Dallas, has appointed Kevin McAleer to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. McAleer replaces David Henkel, who will remain with the company as Senior Vice President, Finance. “We are very pleased to welcome Kevin to our team, and believe he can add significant value,” says Daniel P. Mr. McAleer has 23 years experience as the Chief Financial Officer for different public and private companies and has 9 years experience with a national public accounting firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree from LaSalle University. He has overseen the initial public offerings of three companies.
