Pegasystems Inc. today announced that it has joined the Siebel Alliance Program as a base Software Partner and has successfully validated the integration between its PegaWORKS RULES ENGINE version 7.2 and Siebel eBusiness Applications version 6. PegaINTEGRATOR is the product that enables Siebel eBusiness Applications users to invoke a PegaWORKS RULES ENGINE workflow through a frame in the Siebel client. Using this technology, organizations can deploy Pegasystems’ preconfigured, industry-specific workflows for service and exception management or create custom workflow processes that meet their unique needs. The PegaWORKS RULES ENGINE and PegaINTEGRATOR are currently available and are licensed through Pegasystems Inc.
