Parker Global Strategies, a leading manager of hedge fund managers, today announced the launch of a global, diversified multi-manager investment strategy for which Parker Global will serve as the investment advisor.
The new investment discipline, structured as an open-ended unit trust, is domiciled in the Cayman Islands and will be available to offshore, non-US investors and certain qualified U.S. tax-exempt institutional investors. The trust will allocate to approximately 10-15 managers, who will be selected and monitored by Parker Global Strategies. A combination of directional and relative value strategies will be employed, including U.S. and Global Equity Long/Short; Event Driven; Fixed Income Arbitrage; Mortgage Arbitrage and Distressed.
Parker Global will perform daily risk management on managers, and investors can access estimated performance daily, via a secure website.
