Paladyne Systems, Inc. has appointed Steve G. Vogel as chief financial officer and general counsel overseeing finance and administration, legal matters, corporate and project finance, accounting, treasury and human resources.
Vogel brings over 20 years of industry experience to Paladyne Systems working at start-up to mid-sized companies in the software and high tech industries both domestically and internationally including Canada, Europe, Japan, India, and Singapore.

Prior to joining Paladyne, Vogel founded Sanguinity LLC, a consulting firm specialising in the restructuring of domestic public and private entities. He has held CFO and general counsel positions at Chordiant Software, Inc, Tessera, Inc., iLogistix, and Microbank Software, Inc. Vogel has an MBA from Wharton, an LLM from New York University, and a JD from Arizona State University. He is a member of the New York Bar and holds a CPA and a CMA. Vogel will operate out of Paladyne’s new Operations Center in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
