State Street Corporation received word Friday that Oxford Investment Partners selected it to provide custody, fund accounting and transfer agency services for Oxford’s newly launched collective investment vehicle.
For its service State Street will receive GBP 100 million.
“State Street was able to provide our new fund complex with full investment service support from our initial product development and structuring phase, through to its launch,” says Paul Martin, chief operating officer of Oxford Investment Partners. “We chose a provider who we knew was committed to the investment servicing business and one with proven expertise in complex fund structures.”
