Oslo Bors is reorganizing itself. The Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives divisions are being combined into a single business area called Markets. The Issuer Surveillance and Legal Affairs departments will merge to form a new section for Legal, Listing and Prospectuses.
A new Projects department will be a support function for all the internal departments and the executive management of Oslo Bors. “This change has been made to strengthen the department’s independence and further underline its separate integrity,” says Bente A. Landsnes the CEO and President of Oslo Bors.
