The Japanese Financial Services Agency approved the Osaka Securities Exchange’s application to list its shares on Hercules, a division of the stock exchange. The listing will commence on 1 April.
The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) is also considering listing its shares on the TSE, with a target date of not later than March 2006.
