Open Text Reports Increase in Revenues and Net Income in Q3

Open Text Corporation, the global provider of Enterprise Content Management, posted third quarter revenues of CA$288.0 million, up 32.5% compared to CA$217.4 million for the same period last year.

License revenue for the third quarter was CA$65.0 million, up 52.5% compared to CA$42.6 million for the same period last year. Adjusted net income was CA$59.0 million, up 18.0% compared to CA$50.0 million for the same period last year. GAAP net income was CA$35.0 million compared to CA$21.7 million for the same period last year. Open Texts cash balances as of September 30, 2011 were CA$119.3 million.
