OMX has sold 650,000 shares in Orc Software, with the result from this divestment estimated to be approximately SEK 100 million.

Following the divestment, OMX owns 3,838,075 shares in Orc Software, corresponding to slightly more than 25 percent of its share capital.

“With 25 percent of the share capital, OMX is a strategic owner of Orc Software,” said Markus Gerdien, president of OMX. “OMX and Orc Software will continue to deepen the cooperation with regards to product development and technology sales.”
