We are grateful for the contributions of Mike Bodson over the past year on Omgeos board, says Richard R. Macek, chairman of the Omgeo board of managers. I am thrilled to welcome another star from DTCC. Paula is a proven leader and her insight into our clients post-trade environments is of tremendous value to Omgeo and the industry as a whole.
Paulas relentless focus on the client is the kind of perspective we highly regard and find integral to our overall business strategy, says Marianne C. Brown, president and CEO of Omgeo. She will be a true asset to our leadership and her guidance will be essential as we continue to provide operational stability, reduced risk and improved efficiency across our community.
I look forward to leveraging my background and expertise in technology, product management and relationship management as I join the board of managers at Omgeo, says Arthus. Today it is critical to balance between reacting to client pain-points and anticipating the needs that may arise within their operational infrastructures. I am excited to work with my fellow board members, who are such a solid group industry leaders, as we guide Omgeo in its strategic business decisions and client-focused solutions.
