Omgeo has appointed Ted Leveroni as executive director of derivatives strategy and external relations, responsible for driving the development of strategies to grow the organizations derivatives business.
Leveroni will work with the Omgeo community to meet their evolving needs in derivatives trade processing and focus on responding to market and regulatory developments impacting industry participants.
He joins from State Street Inc., where he most recently was vice president and global product manager of Collateral Services. In that role, he was responsible for helping to drive execution of strategy for State Streets collateral services globally. Previously he was the head of North American Business Development for State Streets Investment Manager Services business and managed the equity/listed options trading desk for BankBoston.
Mr. Leveroni joins Omgeo at an important stage in the growth phase for Omgeo, says Clare Fraser, managing director of strategy at Omgeo. I look forward to his extensive experience delivering a significant contribution to our derivatives business.
Leveroni holds a MBA from Boston Colleges Carroll School of Management, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fairfield University. He will be based at Omgeos Boston office and report to Fraser.
