Raymond Morrison has been promoted to global chief operating officer of Olympia Capital International (OCI), a new position. He will be responsible for overseeing all OCI locations, including Bermuda, Toronto, Dublin and a new office in Halifax that is set to open in August 2006. Morrison will continue as President of Olympia Capital (Bermuda) Limited, and Executive Vice President of Olympia Capital (Cayman) Limited and Olympia Capital International Inc.

In a separate development, Charles I. Leone has joined Olympia Capital Associates (OCA) as Chief Operating Officer. He will oversee and manage OCA’s core operations, succeeding Larry Platoni, who plans to retire in early 2007. He will be working closely with Platoni over the next few months to ensure a smooth transition.

Morrison has since 1993 been an officer of OCI and its affiliated group of companies, as well as various other international investment companies. In recent years, he has managed the Bermuda office and has been instrumental in developing enhancements to the accounting systems in use at OCI. Prior to joining OCI, he was a senior accountant at Ernst & Young in Hamilton, Bermuda. Morrison is a chartered accountant and a chartered financial analyst.

Leone has nearly 30 years of accounting, operations and technology experience with over 20 years in the asset management industry. He joins Olympia from Bank of New York’s Alternative Investment Services group, which provides administration and other services to hedge funds currently aggregating over $60 billion in assets. At BNY, Leone had oversight and planning responsibilities for various departments, including accounting, shareholder services, fund of funds processing, technology and wiring/back office operations. He was also a member of the senior hedge fund management committee and was the Chairman of the Systems Project Committee, responsible for the selection and implementation process of all systems-related development projects for applications supporting fund accounting and transfer agency services.

Prior to joining BNY in 2004, Leone held various other senior executive positions including chief financial officer of a former well-known asset management firm and its related broker/dealer (Zweig/Glaser Advisers and Zweig Securities Corp). Leone was also an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Leone is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and previously held Series 7, 63 and 27 licenses.
