JPMorgan says that Oliver Berger, currently head of Continental European Sales for its Worldwide Securities Services (WSS) business, will become head of WSS for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Berger will relocate from London to Frankfurt shortly and replaces outgoing Business Executive Arnulf Manhold who is leaving JPMorgan after six years of service and nearly three decades in the financial services industry. Manhold was previously head of the German CSD, the DKV (now Clearstream Frankfurt).

“I would like to thank Arnulf for his service,” says Ramy Bourgi, Business Executive for JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. “During his time at JPMorgan, WSS has grown into the largest non-domestic custodian in Germany. I am confident that Oliver’s exceptional sales and relationship management skills and his extensive knowledge of continental markets, in particular Germany, Austria and Switzerland, will be of great value in growing our significant market share and in taking our business to the next level.”
