Old Mutual Asset Managers of South Africa (OMAM SA) has outsourced its investment administration operations to JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services in South Africa.

The outsourcing includes core investment administration services; including trade support, fund accounting and reporting, which are expected to be transferred to JPMorgan by the end of next year. Under the terms of the agreement, Morgan will take on a number of OMAM SA employees.
