Custody Specialist of OJSC UniCredit Bank was elected to be a member of the Council of Participants of All-Ukrainian Securities Depository (AUSD).
We are pleased to announce that Senior Custody Specialist of OJSC UniCredit Bank Aleksandr Petrychenko joined the Council of Participants of AUSD.
OJSC UniCredit Bank is a shareholder of All-Ukrainian Securities Depository, which is expected to become the Central Securities Depository in Ukraine.
The Council of Participants as an advisory body of AUSD is completed from the market participants Depository shareholders.
The main functions of the Council is to resolve methodical and current issues related to professional depository activity and submit recommendations concerning fee policy, profit distribution and internal regulations of All-Ukrainian Securities Depository.
