Odyssey Financial Technologies has appointed Andr M Boisvert to its board of directors.
Boisvert, who has over 30 years’ experience in the field of technology, will be responsible for formulating Odyssey’s growth strategy, which includes both geographical and product expansion.
He began his career in 1976 when he joined IBM Corporation, where he spent some 13 years in a variety of senior management positions in research and development, sales and marketing.
Boisvert went on to hold executive positions in some of the most respected software companies in the industry, including Oracle, where he was senior vice-president of Worldwide Marketing and a member of the management committee.
He has also held key operational positions in SAS Institute Inc. where he served as both president and COO. He was also chairman and CEO of Sagent Technologies where he successfully orchestrated its acquisition by Group 1 Software Inc.
