National Settlement Depository (NSD) has made three new appointments.
Stepan Tomlyanovich has been appointed deputy chairman of the company’s executive board. Tomlyanovich will be responsible for issues of information technologies development and NSD’s products and services enhancement.
Boris Cherkasskiy has been appointed NSD’s senior vice president and director for strategy. He will be responsible for elaborating of the company’s development strategy, interacting with infrastructure organizations operating in CIS financial markets. He will also be supervising NSD’s participation in profile associations and self-regulating organizations.
Alexey Zhinkin has been appointed the company’s vice president and director for External Operations. He will be supervising issues of NSD’s business relations with registrar and depository companies.
