Norwich Union has launched a new Pension Service Promise, underlining its commitment to service levels for all new business applications for individual Norwich Union Stakeholder Pension and Your Pensions Select @ Norwich Union products.
As part of the Pension Service Promise, Norwich Union has undertaken to:
– Issue a completed policy for all eligible regular, single and transfer application within five working days of receipt of a fully completed and accurate application (and monies where applicable).
– Call and inform advisers to highlight any issues if it is unable to process an application within five working days.
“The Pension Service Promise delivers a number of targeted service improvements to help advisers,” said Brian Bussell, director of pensions at Norwich Union. “By listening to the feedback we received, we ensured that this initiative has met the need of both advisers and customers.”
