Northern Trust has been appointed to provide fund administration services to three real estate funds managed by boutique investment manager Apache Capital Partners.
Established in 2008, headquartered in London and with an office in Bahrain, Apache Capital Partners focuses on the management of property related investments.
As a start up, Apache Capital Partners were looking for a provider that understands our needs and demonstrates an enthusiasm for working with us, said Chairman and co-founder of Apache Paul Orchard-Lisle. Specifically, Apache Capital Partners needed a provider with a high level of competency and expertise in the administration of complex real estate structures, as well as demonstrable process controls, risk management and corporate governance oversight. Northern Trust met all of these requirements.
Under the agreement, Northern Trust will provide services to:- Apache Roxylight UK Infrastructure Opportunity Fund- Apache UK Active Commercial Opportunity Fund- Apache Prime Central London Residential Opportunity Fund
